Which bundle size is right for me?

Our bundles are sized based on the size of your home. The Small Home bundle fits a one or two bedroom home. The Medium Home bundle is for two to four bedroom homes. The Large Home bundle works well for four to five bedroom homes. At the end of the day, you know better if you are the collector type of person or maybe more the minimalist.

When will I get my boxes?

We deliver our boxes between 10am to 2pm on your reserved delivery day. We also pick them up during these hours on your reserved pick-up day. If this does not work for you, please let us know during the checkout process and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email two days prior to delivery as well as pick-up. We’ll also call and/or text you prior to delivery and pickup to announce our arrival.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pick-up?

You don’t need to be home for delivery. However, if you are not home, we will need delivery instructions indicating a protected location on your property for us to place the boxes (on your porch, on your deck behind your house, or in your garage, etc.). During the order process you can leave these special instructions for our drivers. On pick-up day, please have all the boxes stacked by 10am in a protected location. If you live in an apartment building and/or have no access to a protected space, we will need somebody to be present for delivery.

Are the boxes clean?

Yes. Our boxes are cleaned and disinfected with a hospital-grade, plant-based disinfectant.

Do I need to clean the boxes after my move?

No. We take care of the cleaning. In the case of a large spill, please wipe out any affected boxes.

What if a box gets damaged?

Our boxes designed to handle the harsh nature of a move. In case a box gets damaged to the point where we need to recycle it, we will charge $30 per box.

Can I write on the boxes?

Either use dry-erase markers or paper tape on the boxes. We need to be able to clean/remove your labeling. Please don’t use permanent markers as we will need to charge $30 per box.

Can I buy boxes?

Yes, we charge $30 per box. Don’t forget you can continue to rent boxes beyond your initial rental period for as low as $1 per box per month (see pricing page for details).

Can I change the delivery/order dates?

Yes. IF you need boxes longer than anticipated, you can keep them as long as you need. Our low monthly rates make this possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order but please do so as early as possible. Others will benefit from having boxes available. You can cancel up to 5 business days in advance for a full refund. After that, we’re no longer able to accept cancellations. .

Do I pay for delivery and/or pick-up?

No. We serve the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area and deliver and pickup within the 694/494 corridor for FREE. We are not sticklers and keep it free if you are close to this boundary, but will need to charge a $50 extra fee for deliveries and/or pickups significantly outside this area.
